A private adult themed playspace

The Crow's Nest Escape is a self-contained play space with a private entry. The studio rental includes a large main room and fully furnished bathroom. Below are photos of both rooms along with individual photos of the equipment/furnishings within each room on the "Features" page. Your rental includes private full-access to the entire space. There is only one rental space so no one else will be present but you and your guests.

MAIN PLAYROOM

The features of the room include:

  • An extra wide padded massage table with overhead infrared heat

  • Massage oil/lube heater

  • Lounge space

  • Stereo system with streamed Pandora music

  • Speakers throughout the space

  • Stereo MP3 connection for playing music through your devices

  • Dispensed chilled water and cups

  • Queen size bed with waterproof cover and under-bed restraint system

  • Sheets for the massage table and bed

  • Cloth hand towels

  • Adjustable Play bench

  • Oversized sling with full size mirror over it

  • Expandable padded tumbling mats (seen under sling in photos)

  • Padded top toy box with various toys available for use at no extra charge

  • Overhead lighting which can be set to any color and multiple patterns

  • 12 foot ceilings with multiple hard-points

  • A ladder to reach hard-points

  • A multipurpose frame for connection points

  • Extra chain, carabineers and rope

  • Arm and leg cuffs

  • Electric hoist (can lift 400 pounds)

  • Padded rubber flooring

  • Snacks, juices and candy

  • 10 large/wide backjacks for group events

  • 450 sq ft of floor space

  • Concrete walls for better sound-proofing

  • Heat in the cold months / AC in the hot months

  • A fully stocked toy cabinet for an additional $25

  • Glasses, plates, silver-wear, corkscrews, bottle opener

BATHROOM

The bathroom includes:

  • Claw foot tub / shower

  • Shower head and handheld sprayer

  • Vanity with mirror

  • Grooming essentials

  • Toilet

  • In-line douching hose on toilet and in shower

  • Bidet

  • Chair for holding clothing

  • Towels, washcloths

  • Bath products (soap, shampoo)

  • Dimmable Phillips Hue color lights

PRIVATE ENTRANCE

You'll enter the Crow's Nest via a private entrance through a secured door. Once through that door, these steps lead you up to the entrance to the studio. The door seen at the top of these steps leads out to the deck where outdoor seating is. This private space is shared with other residents and is available to our guests. Please respect this shared space and dress appropriately.
