We are located at the southern end of the complex (Photo 1-2). Use the front steps in Photo 3. Once you reach the platform go to the back wall and go left to the door you see in Photo 4. Go to end (Photo 5) and turn right. There is our security door (Photo 6). Use the code above to enter that door. The studio entry door is at the top of those stairs. Please ring the bell there for entry. The above code does NOT work at that door, which opens to the interior of the suite.

Parking: There should be ample parking available in the building’s parking lot (especially near Lula's). You will see signs around the parking lot with a QR code to scan to pay. This program is getting setup in preparation for the FIFA games at the stadiums. For now, do not pay. We will soon have a QR code for you to scan to give you free parking. Until then, DO NOT PAY for any parking. If you receive a parking citation, take a clear photo of it, send it to us, and it will be voided.

If you have a rental that begins after 5pm you are welcome to park in the 2 spaces in front of the Mega Mushroom Mechanical (our downstairs neighbor) loading bay. Please don't park in the bay but rather in the spaces indicated in the above photo.

Bus and Light Rail:

If you prefer to take the light rail instead of driving please contact us for additional directions if needed. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the SODO station (light rail) to the ORB.
