Construction is currently changing the front of the building daily but our location is at the southern end of the complex (Photo 1-3). These photos were made before the exterior construction. This is currently changing the way the building appears. We'll try to keep these directions current but despite the exterior appearances, our doorway location isn't changing.

Use the front steps in Photo 4. Once you reach the platform go to the back wall and go left to the door you see in Photo 5. Turn right and there is our security door (Photo 6). Use the code above to enter that door. The studio entry door is at the top of those stairs. Please ring the bell there for entry.

Parking: There should be ample free parking available in the building’s parking lot (in front of Little Red Day Spa). You will see signs around the parking lot stating that there is a 2-hour limit. This is no longer being enforced. If you receive a parking citation, take a clear photo of it, send it to us, and it will be voided. DO NOT PAY IT. It's probably a scam.

Bus and Light Rail:

If you prefer to take the light rail instead of driving please contact us for additional directions if needed. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the SODO station (light rail) to the ORB.
