The Crow's Nest Escape consists of two separate, rentable, private, well-appointed playspaces. Everything you need for your visit is provided, including full access to all of our equipment, gear, towels, linens, and other amenities.

Prime-time rates are for rentals that start between 9 am - 9 pm.

Minimum rental time is two hours.

These rates apply to rentals of up to 5 people.

Full payment is requested up front to book your rental. Once your requested reservation date and time are confirmed, your payment can be made online with your credit card.

Off-prime rentals must start between 9 pm - 11pm and end by 9 am the next day.

All rates are before a 6.5% Washington State sales tax and 4.05% Seattle City sales tax (for a total of 10.55%) are added.

Groups of 6-12 Guests
To optimize our guests’ experience, our studios are designed for smaller groups.
If your rental will have more than 5 people, a surcharge of $200 is added to the rental total (above).
Groups of 13-20 Guests
We’re happy to discuss special accommodations for groups larger than 12 guests.

Multi-Day Rentals
The space may be rented for an extended period of time - 1-5 days. You will get a deeply discounted rate/day off the current 24 hour rental rate.
