Rental Info

The Crow's Nest Escape consists of two rentable, private, well-appointed playspaces. Everything you need for your visit is provided, including full access to all of our equipment, gear, towels, linens, and other amenities.

Rates at either The Hideout or The Nest

Daytime rental start times are between 9 am - 9pm.

Nighttime rental starts at 9pm only and must end by noon.

The following rates apply to rentals (of up to 5 people):

4 $170/hr $120/hr

5 $155/hr $105/hr

6-12 $140/hr $ 90/hr

All rates are before a 6.5% Washington State sales tax and 3.75% Seattle City sales tax (for a total of 10.25%) are added.
There are no “crossover rates.” For example, if you book at 7 p.m. for 4 hours, you will pay the day rate for all 4 hours. Also, for nighttime rentals, if you book at 9 p.m., you will pay the night rate until noon the next day.

Groups of 6-12 Guests

To optimize our guests’ experience, our studios are designed for smaller groups. If your rental will have more than 5 people, a surcharge of $200 is added to the rental total (above).

Groups of 13-20 Guests

We’re happy to discuss special accommodations for groups larger than 12 guests. Please connect with us via the CONTACT page.

Multi-Day Rentals

The space may be rented for an extended period of time - 1-5 days.

Deposits

A 25% deposit is required to hold your reservation.

The balance is due 24 hours before your scheduled rental time begins.
