The Crow's Nest Escape consists of two separate, rentable, private, well-appointed playspaces. Everything you need for your visit is provided, including full access to all of our equipment, gear, towels, linens, and other amenities.

The following rates apply to rentals of up to 5 people:

Prime-time rates are for rentals that start between 10 am and 9 pm; Off-prime rentals start at 9 pm and the rates apply until 10 am.

A 25% deposit is required to hold your reservation.

The balance is due 24 hours before your scheduled rental time begins

All rates are before a 6.5% Washington State sales tax and 3.75% Seattle City sales tax (for a total of 10.25%) are added.
Groups of 6-12 Guests
To optimize our guests’ experience, our studios are designed for smaller groups.
If your rental will have more than 5 people, a surcharge of $200 is added to the rental total (above).
Groups of 13-20 Guests
We’re happy to discuss special accommodations for groups larger than 12 guests.

24-Hour Rental

Our studios may be rented for an extended period, up to 24 consecutive hours. You get in-and-out privileges, up to 6 guests, and complete privacy.
